All account balances, deposits, and winnings on wow388 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of receipt. wow388 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate.

E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers are credited to your account balance instantly or within a few minutes. FPX bank transfers and online banking deposits may take between 5 and 15 minutes depending on the issuing bank. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations.
To request a withdrawal, your account must have passed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests will not be processed for accounts that have incomplete identity verification. Funds arising from bonus credits are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal.
wow388 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for DuitNow and e-wallet withdrawals where all verification requirements are met. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or where additional security checks are required.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by account tier and payment method. VIP and Elite members may have higher withdrawal limits negotiated with their account manager.
Withdrawals will be processed using the same payment method used for the associated deposit where technically feasible. wow388 reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative method where the original method is unavailable, and will notify the User accordingly.
All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and special offers made available by wow388 are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between general and specific terms, the specific promotional terms will prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered at the specified wagering requirement multiplier before any winnings derived from those bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 35x wagering requirement must result in at least RM3,500 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.
The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

Unclaimed or unactivated bonuses may expire after a stated period. Wagering requirements must be completed before the bonus expiry date. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the account balance without notice.
